Occupational Therapist

Introduction:

I am a DOH-licensed Occupational Therapist dedicated to supporting children and their families by promoting independence, functionality, and confidence through evidence-based interventions. My therapeutic philosophy centers on creating a supportive and family-guided environment where each child can reach their fullest potential.

Therapeutic Approach:

My practice integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including DIR Floortime, Sensory Integration, and the SOS Approach to Feeding. I specialize in pediatric occupational therapy, focusing on developmental, sensory, and functional challenges. My approach is family-centered, ensuring that parents are active partners in their child’s progress while building strategies that extend into everyday routines.

Client Experience:

Families working with me can expect a collaborative and nurturing environment. I provide structured, individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs while maintaining flexibility to adapt to their progress. I value open communication with parents and caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Personal Interests:

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my pets, exploring creative hobbies, and engaging in activities that keep me grounded and balanced.
