Introduction:
I am a licensed Occupational Therapist with more than 10 years of international experience across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the UAE, working with both children and adults. I have extensive experience in developing and managing individualized care plans, always tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a compassionate, client-focused approach, I am committed to helping individuals enhance their independence, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic expertise includes sensory integration therapy, ADL training, handwriting assessments, feeding evaluations, and administration of ADOS. I combine sensory, fine, and gross motor skill development to create tailored interventions that meet each child’s needs. I also support parents through guidance and by conducting parent support groups, with a focus on helping children with developmental delays, sensory challenges, and learning difficulties to build confidence and independence.
Client Experience:
I provide practical strategies and structured therapy plans that enhance daily skills and promote independence. My approach combines clinical expertise with creative, personalized tools to make therapy engaging and effective. I feel fortunate to work with caring parents and supportive teams, which help each child make meaningful progress.
Personal Interests:
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading and taking long walks, which help me stay centered, calm, and focused on my personal and professional goals.
