Jemima Daniel

Speech and Language Pathologist

Introduction:

Hello, my name is Jemima Daniel , and I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a DOH license and over eight years of experience in India and the UAE. I specialize in pediatric speech and language therapy, working closely with children facing a range of communication, speech, language, and feeding difficulties. My therapeutic approach is child-centered and play-based, grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each child’s unique needs. I strongly believe in early intervention and the power of family involvement to support meaningful and lasting progress in a child’s communication journey.

Therapeutic Approach:

My therapy style is child-centered, play-based, and flexible, integrating evidence-based approaches like sensory integration, behavioral strategies, and parent coaching. I tailor each session to the child’s unique needs, using tools like AAC, visual supports, and multisensory techniques. I specialize in working with children with speech sound disorders, language delays, autism spectrum disorder, social communication challenges, and feeding/oral-motor difficulties, aiming to build confident and functional communicators.

Client Experience:

When working with me, clients and parents can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where each child’s unique strengths and needs are valued. I provide structured, goal-oriented therapy plans using evidence-based strategies tailored to your child’s development. Sessions are engaging and play-based, with clear communication and regular updates to keep families informed and involved. I also offer guidance and practical strategies for parents to support progress at home, ensuring consistency and meaningful outcomes beyond the therapy room.

Personal Interests:

Outside of therapy, I enjoy photography, art, and reading—interests that deeply influence my holistic approach. These creative outlets help me bring imagination, visual thinking, and storytelling into my sessions, making therapy more engaging and relatable for children. They also support my belief in nurturing the whole child—emotionally, socially, and creatively—while building meaningful connections through personalized, expressive activities.
